Fion (Patrick O'Brien) uses his hereditary psychic abilities, along with an unknown mystical drug he smokes, to help solve crimes. His current case involves a vampire couple that are responsible for a series of murders in the city slums. He is soon joined by Isobel (Mariel McAllan) a mysterious young woman who seems to have a personal stake in wanting to defeat the vampire couple.

Fian (Patrick O'Brien) follows the family business as being a psychic investigator. He is currently working on a string of gruesome murders that involves blood sucking. He sees the faces of the killers as do we the audience, generally doing each kill scene twice. The lack of special effects is covered up with bad camera angles, filters, and distorted lenses (Was that Vasoline on the lens?) ruining what could have been an interesting and unique film. It failed to create the intended mood, instead it made the film unwatchable. Guide: F-word. Sex. No nudity.
